You will join Ramboll Transport’s Leadership team
As our new Head of Communication, you will be responsible for Ramboll Transports’ internal and external communication activities. You will report to the MD Transport and work closely with senior management and colleagues from communications to further develop our communication and offers. Your focus will be on galvanising and developing the Ramboll Transport organisation by facilitating internal communication around the topics of sustainability and innovation, supporting the business units in developing communication material and activities for market communication and working with Ramboll’s global Thought Leadership programme. It is key that you can maintain a strategic overview while enjoying working hands-on with the development of communications assets and activities such as webinars, video production and writing of articles etc.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Deliver communication advice and sparring to the leadership team
Work closely together with the Sustainability Director to deliver effective internal and external communication that supports us in being a leading provider of sustainability services
Work alongside the senior leadership and experts to develop, plan, and execute global thought leadership agendas and initiatives
Develop and execute the Transport market communication strategy
Deliver communication support to Ramboll Transport different business units
Coordinate a global Transport communication business partner network

For this role, we believe a good starting point is:
Experience in an international organisation or agency
Ability to lead and deliver communication results in collaboration with senior management and business representatives
Experience working successfully within a complex matrix-structured organisation and in global teams
Proven track record in driving global marketing and positioning initiatives
Strong personal drive with a strategic and collaborative mindset
Relevant educational background in communication, marketing or the like
High English speaking and writing proficiency
